The purpose of the agreement is not directed at the processing of your personal data, but has a different objective, that is, to provide the platform and the provision of services that is offered to you on it.

When you register for a Babysitter account, we collect certain information, such as your first name, last name, and your e-mail address.
Profile information. To activate your Babysitter profile, we can ask you for additional information, such as address, gender, and date of birth.

The Babysitter’s Hub memberships are a recurring subscription and will be automatically renewed at the same rate until cancelled.
Memberships can be cancelled at anytime.

Communication with other platform users.
When you communicate with other Babysitter Hub users via our messaging system, we collect information about your communications and all information that you want to provide.
The Babysitters Hub does not recommend or perform background checks/screening on any of its platform members.
This means that parents/members themselves are responsible for screening, interviewing and making their own informed choices.
If a profile of a babysitter states they have vetting or qualifications, then you can contact the babysitter directly to verify experience/Certificates.
We use Stripe for the verification of ID documents. Stripe collects pictures from ID documents, facial imagery, ID-numbers, and addresses, as well as sophisticated fraud signals and information about the devices that connect with their services. Stripe shares this information with us and also uses this information to exploit and improve the services they provide, including for the prevention of fraud. You can also choose to allow Stripe to use your data to improve the biometric verification technology of Stripe. The Babysitter’s Hub observes the legal retention periods for the processing of personal data. The Babysitter’s Hub does not retain your personal data for any longer than is necessary to realize the objectives they were collected for. We keep your data until 1.5 years after you have removed your account.
The Babysitter’s Hub has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures by using the latest technologies to protect your information against loss, abuse, or unlawful processing. The Babysitter’s Hub uses security measures to keep the collected information safe.
As a user, you can choose yourself whether you render public the personal data on your profile for all The Babysitter’s Hub users or only for users that you have been in contact with.
