Member Responsibilities
The Babysitters Hub serves as a facilitator in connecting parents and caregivers with babysitters. We do not employ any babysitters nor are we an employment agency. Members are solely responsible for the selection, scheduling, and management of the babysitting services they require.
No Background Checks/Screening
The Babysitters Hub does not recommend or perform background checks/screening on any of its platform members. We strongly advise parents and caregivers to exercise due diligence in researching and vetting potential babysitters. This may include, but is not limited to, interviews, reference checks, and verification of qualifications.
Verification of Qualifications
If a profile of a babysitter states they possess certain vetting or qualifications, we encourage parents to contact the babysitter directly.
It is the member’s responsibility to verify the authenticity of any certifications, qualifications, or experience claimed by the babysitter.
Failure to do so can lead to unsatisfactory experiences that The Babysitters Hub will not be responsible for.
No Responsibility for No-Shows or Issues
The Babysitters Hub cannot be held responsible for any no-shows or direct issues that may arise between parents and babysitters. Our role is to
provide a platform for connection, and any disputes or issues should be resolved directly between the concerned parties. We do not mediate or
participate in any way in such matters.
Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Our service comes with a subscription fee of €9.99 per month. This is an auto-renewal service. Your account will be charged monthly unless you
unsubscribe. The subscription fee covers the cost of maintaining the platform and does not guarantee the availability of babysitters or the quality of their services.
Unsubscription
To unsubscribe from our services, please click here to unsubscribe . Once you unsubscribe, your account will no longer be billed, but you will also lose access to all membership features.
Limitation of Liability
The Babysitters Hub shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use our platform or services.
Amendments
The Babysitters Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. By using our platform, you agree to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts for all
matters arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
